The Rope Leak Detector Expansion can detect a leak anywhere in the length of the rope.
The included rope is 16ft long and you can daisy chain 2 more ropes for a total of almost 50ft of linear length that you can detect a leak.
It can be used both in conjunction with your Reef Angel system so you can turn pumps off to avoid a worse situation or as stand alone because it has an audible alert sound that will let you know of a leak condition.
