Warranty and Returns

Limited Two-Year Warranty

Reef Angel products are warranted against defective materials or workmanship for two years from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of Reef Angel, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product’s instructions or has been modified in any way.

Warranty Replacement Procedure

Do not ship your product before contacting us.

  1. Email us at info@reefangel.com to get an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization).
  2. We will provide you with the shipping information and the RMA number.
  3. Package product securely. Include your contact information with your name, address, phone number, and RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for the freight charges to Reef Angel. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. Reef Angel is not responsible for packages lost in transit to us. The replacement product is shipped by ground with shipping charges prepaid. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost.

Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, Reef Angel will accept a return and will credit the purchase price paid for the product (freight charges and return freight not included) minus a 15% restocking fee, if returned properly packaged, including all cables and accessories, and the goods are resalable, free of obvious damage due to rough and/or improper handling within 30-days of purchase.
